- The class will delve into the social psychology behind developing quick rapport based upon Robin’s book, “It’s Not All About Me: The Top Ten Techniques for Building Quick Rapport with Anyone.
- Based upon this knowledge, the class will explore the human characteristics and techniques utilized for influencing and leading others in a positive interaction and experience.
- The day will culminate in a fun and interactive session of decoding nonverbal behavior in order to ascertain your effectiveness at influence.
